David Lee Rosa wanted in Floyd County on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
FLOYDADA, TEXAS -- The Floyd County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man who is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
David Lee Rosa is on the run from Floyd County, and is possibly in the Tulia to Memphis, Texas area.
Rosa, is 22-years-old, weighs about 150 pounds, and is about 5'8" tall. Authorities believe that he may be with a Hispanic woman named Stephanie.
