ARMSTRONG COUNTY, TEXAS -- The problem of cattle rustling hasn't gone away. Armstrong County authorities are asking for tips about some suspected cattle thieves.

Special Ranger H.L. Dempsey says nine head were stolen off Highway 207, just three miles south of the Armstrong County line. They were taken between June 6th and 12th, and they had no brands.

A worthwhile tip could win you the $1,000 reward. If you have any information on the crime, you're asked to call Special Ranger Dean Bohannon at (806) 789-9476, Special Ranger H.L. Dempsey at (806) 356-6101 or the Operation Cow Thief number at 1-888-830-2333.
