AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo College board of regents met Tuesday night, on the agenda, next year's budget.
The regents voted in favor of a $51.8 million budget. That represents a 1.4 percent increase over last year's budget.
A slight tax hike for next year was also approved. For a person who owns a $100,000 house in the AC district, that will mean an additional $5.83 a year in taxes.
