AMARILLO, TEXAS -- UPDATE:
Preliminary autopsy results in the death of Guadalupe Olivarez Jr. Indicated that he died of a single gunshot wound to his upper body.
The two weapons used in this homicide were recovered by police, and the investigation continues.

A developing story. Amarillo Police are investigating an early morning shooting that has left one man dead and two behind bars. Police say they were called to the Liquids Bar off 10th near Washington around 2:00 a.m. on reports of shots fired.
They say Guadalupe Olivarez Jr.,19, was taken by friends to Northwest Texas Hospital, suffering from a gun shot wound to his upper body. He was later pronounced dead. Amarillo Police say a fight had broken out in the bar's parking lot, when Olivarez was shot.
Patrick Baca, 22, has been arrested on a charge of murder and is being held at the Potter County Detention Center.
His brother 19 year old Mark Baca has also been arrested on charges of deadly conduct after police say he fired a handgun.
