MULESHOE, TEXAS -- Two men have been indicted for a murder that happened July 4th in Muleshoe. Daniel Mendoza and Michael Garcia were indicted by a grand jury earlier this week, for the murder of Rolando Sauceda.
On July 4, police were called to a home in the 500 block of West Avenue B, just after 4 a.m. that morning on a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they found Sauceda wounded outside. He was pronounced dead at Muleshoe Area Medical Center from a single gunshot wound.
