One of those services is a job preparation application where card holders can receive one on one assistance with their resumes and practice for job interviews.

Downtown Amarillo Public Library Relations Coordinator, Stacey Clopton Yates says that libraries are not necessarily just about books.

"Libraries across the country are adopting to our changing world. The thing that people come to libraries for most is still books, but you can also come to the library to check out a movies, an audio book, or people even come to the library to use computers."

The other service they now offer are free music downloads.
