PAMPA, TEXAS -- A Pampa man was killed in a wreck Monday morning, about 12 miles east of Borger, in Carson County. Troopers with the Department of Public Safety said around 10:13, Luis Abraham Martinez, 33, was driving east on SH 152. They said he was attempting to negotiate a curve when he drifted off of the road to the right. Martinez then over-corrected to the left hitting a UPS delivery truck head on. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and was wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the UPS truck, Demaurius Jackson was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated and released.
