AMARILLO ,TX -- West Texas A&M University offers services that it says many students don't know about or take advantage of, and one of those services are counseling services.
Students have 10 sessions available to them at no extra costs.
The counseling center director says college can be stressful so students shouldn't be afraid to get some advice.
"Just in terms of the holidays coming up that's a hard time for people sometimes and it's important that people get adequate sleep pace yourself get outside everyday connect with friends and do the things that you need to do to take care of yourself," said Alan Thomalla, WTAMU Counseling Center Director.
Some of the services the center has available are things like stress management, relaxation therapy, and even reading and studying skills services.
