Jamica Shanta Toms wanted in Potter and Comanche Counties
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Police need your help finding this week's "Fugitive of the Week".
Police say Jamica Shanta Toms is wanted out of Potter County for forgery of a financial instrument. Toms is also wanted out of Comanche County for a charge of failure to appear.
Toms is described as being 5'3", 165 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
