LUBBOCK, TEXAS -- A local man wanted on charges in the Panhandle, Roger Wells, 31, was arrested in Lubbock.
According to www.myfoxlubbock.com, Wells was arrested in a northwest Lubbock apartment while police were serving a warrant in relation to a different case. The report states officers realized Wells had outstanding warrants. It also says that Wells faces charges out of Potter County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and out of Randall County for assault causing bodily injury-family violence.
