PADUCAH, TEXAS UPDATE: Chief of Police Robert McGuire released more information on Wednesday afternoon. He said that the call for the fire at 1212 15th Street went out at 4:13a.m. Wednesday morning. Three men were inside the home at the time of the blaze. Two of them were able to make it to safety uninjured, but 24-year-old Nathan Earl Worley, of Paducah, perished in the fire. So far there has not been a cause released for the fire, and McGuire said they are waiting for the State Fire Marshall to come take a look at the scene.

Pronews 7 has confirmed that there was a fatal fire in Paducah in the past 24 hours. Paducah Police Chief Robert McGuire told Pronews that they are still investigating the fire, and that he should be able to make more information available this afternoon. We'll update this story as that information becomes available.
