Jessica Francis Thornton CAPTURED
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- UPDATE: Friday, February 18: Thanks to a tip made to Amarillo Crime Stoppers this week's fugitive is now behind bars. The tip came in Thursday that Jessica Francis Thornton was at a residence with a man in the 700 block of N. Arthur.
The Amarillo Police COPPS unit officers followed up on the tip and captured Thornton as she was trying to get away out a side door of the home.
The man she was with, Rudy Villarreal, 40, of Amarillo, was also arrested for a small amount of marijuana found in his possession in a drug free zone. The charge is a class-A misdemeanor.

Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for a wanted fugitive and is asking for your help finding her.
Police said that Jessica Francis-Thornton is wanted out of Potter County for forgery of a financial instrument, as well as the fraudulent use of an elderly person's identification information. Police are asking anyone with information on her location to call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400 or online at www.amapolice.org.
