Xcel Energy says power was restored just before 9:30 p.m.

Parts of Amarillo, including the Pronews 7 studio in downtown Amarillo are without power this evening.
Xcel Energy has confirmed about 3000 of its customers are without power in the Oliver-Eakle/Amarillo College area. Downed powerlines are being reported and Xcel Energy has crews on scene.
