AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Wonderland has once again opened it's gates for springtime and summer fun.
This year will mark its 60th season, offering the classic rides you all grew up with, including some added new amusement rides over the past recent years.
All together Wonderland offers 28 rides for all ages.
"If gas prices are keeping your family home this summer, drive no farther than Wonderland for a weeknight get away or a weekend break with the entire family," says Paul Borchardt, Wonderland Park President.
In celebration of its 60th birthday, Wonderland will now offer for the first time in its history -- 4 o'clock Fridays -- opening at 4 p.m. on Fridays beginning June 3.
Opening day was Saturday, April 2.
