CLOVIS, N.M. -- Clovis Community College has a new president.
The Board of Trustees at the college has named Dr. Becky Rowley as the next president for Clovis Community College. The decision was made at Wednesday's board meeting.
Rowley will be the fourth president of the college since 1980.
In February, Dr. John Neibling announced his retirement and the decision was made to offer a contract to Dr. Rowley.
A date has not been set for her to begin her presidential duties and contract negotioations are pending.
“I am really honored in the trust that the Board has placed in me. I am excited to work with all my colleagues as we continue to improve the quality of education provided to Clovis and the surrounding communities at CCC.”
