AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Troopers found more than $600,000 in cash Saturday evening as part of a traffic stop on Interstate 40.

According to a release, a search was granted for the vehicle, originally stopped for a traffic violation, just six miles east of Amarillo. The search yielded $641,440. It was found in the trunk of the vehicle inside two duffle bags.
