AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Jobs seekers in the Amarillo area are about to get a new resource.

Starting monday, the Downtown Amarillo Public Library will offer a twice weekly lab to help them put together their resumes.

According to Melody Boren, the technology services librarian, people will have the chance to come in Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings to use the tools on hand to work on those skills.

They will even offer one-on-one mock interviews so all those people get a chance to practice.

"The job interview can be the scariest part of the process and having the tools to answer those really tough questions that can leave you speechless in some instances will help one-hundred percent."

Boren also says participants will need to have basic computer skills, including knowing how to use a mouse and a keyboard.
