DUMAS, TEXAS -- Dumas Police are now investigating a suspicious death from last weekend.
Police say Roger Mora, 39, was allegedly assaulted Sunday morning. He was then air lifted to Northwest Texas Hospital where he died Monday.
The incident is being investigated as a criminal matter because the circumstances surrounding Mora's death are "suspicious in nature."
Dumas Police are receiving assistance from the FBI and DPS.
An autopsy was conducted and the results are pending.
