A Hereford man lost his life Wednesday evening after his pickup rolled twice and ejected him.
The Department of Public Safety says Michael Don Franks, 52, of Hereford was traveling in a 1992 Ford pickup in Deaf Smith County Road 7. His truck veered off the road, entered a field and continued traveling crossing Country Road 1, according to DPS. The truck overturned twice and ejected Franks.
Franks was pronounced dead at the scene and officials say he was not wearing a seat belt.
