AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo voters have spoken and Paul Harpole is Amarillo's Mayor-Elect.
The election was described as one of the most historical elections in the city's history. With 11 candidates vying for the spot, it was the most candidates in the history of Amarillo running for Mayor.
