DUMAS, TEXAS -- Dumas Police need your help in identifying a man they say sexually assaulted a woman Tuesday afternoon.
The victim told police a vehicle came up behind her and the suspect yelled something at her with a possible African accent. Described as a black male, the suspect had very dark skin, was tall and slender and had numerous tattoos on both his upper and lower arms. The suspect's vehicle is described as an older model black four-door passenger vehicle with numerous scratches and chipped paint.
