WELLINGTON, TEXAS -- The City of Wellington has declared an Emergency Water Shortage.
Effective immediately, residents of Wellington are banned from non-essential water usage.
Officials say the city has experienced mechanical problems in one of the municipal water wells. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
Additionally, residents are asked to voluntarily conserve all other water uses.
