Captured: Man charged with murder on the loose

Update: Childs has been found and was arrested. Poilice say they received information about his location at 46th and S. Washington.

He was arrested at 4:14 a.m. Friday. He will be booked into the Potter County Detention Center.
 


Amarillo Police need your help locating a man who has been charged with a murder from last week.

Bryan Craig Childs, 23, pictured, is six-foot-two, weighs 185 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He is charged with the murder of Ricky Glen Provence, who was found dead July 5 in an
apartment in the 1500 block of South Jefferson. Upon arrival, officers observed things inside the apartment that made them feel the deal was suspicious
 

Two others have been arrested on murder warrants in the same case, Leslie Wiseman and Laney Chambers.

An autopsy was performed on the body. Those results have not been released.

Pronews 7 located the Facebook profile of Childs. His last active post was on Monday and on his page, he claims that he "loves guns."
