AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Police are investigating an early Saturday morning shooting. Police were called to the 2000 block of North Arthur around 5:30 a.m. on a disturbance call involving a group of people. Police say they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest in a field south of the address. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Right now, police are not releasing his name, condition or information on a suspect.
