Hank Skinner has once again been scheduled to be executed.
According to The Texas Tribune, this is the fourth time Skinner has been scheduled to be executed.
Skinner was found guilty of the 1993 murders of Twila Busby, his girlfriend, and her two sons.
He has maintained his innocence and says that the DNA from the crime scene will prove it. The U.S. Supreme Court made a ruling in March that allowed Skinner to continue the DNA legal claims.
The Texas Tribune reports Gray County District Attorney Lynn Switzer asked a judge to set the execution date.
Pronews 7 confirmed the date has been set for Nov. 9.
