SHAMROCK, TEXAS -- A 20-year-old Floridian was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 40 near Shamrock late Wednesday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a semi-trailer traveling east on I-40 near Shamrock veered across the median and traveled into the west bound lanes striking a 2006 BMW head on. The semi was driven by Laurentiu Jeler of Chicago.
Jovana Vasic of Bradenton, Flor., the driver of the BMW, was killed.
The crash remains under investigation by Troopers.
