Kinky Friedman endorses Perry for President
Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry has gained the support of one of his largest rivals, Kinky Friedman.
According to the Houston Press, Friedman has officially endorsed Perry's run for President. In the last, he was a huge opponent of Perry even going as far as saying his dog could run Texas than Perry.
Friedman ran against Perry in the 2006 gubernatorial campaign. Even though there was tension during the race, Friedman said the two are now good buddies.
Friedman cites Perry's ability to fix the economy.
