AMARILLO, TEXAS -- A man already on parole was caught by police Wednesday afternoon breaking into a home.
It all happened at about 1:50 p.m. in the 2700 block of San Jacinto. A caller described a man climbing over a six-foot wooden fence and possibly breaking into a residence.
Upon arrival, police found a man walking out of the living room toward the kitchen with what appeared to be socks on his hands.

Gary Wayne Brown, 55, of Amarillo was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation charge, Resisting Arrest and for an outstanding Parole warrant on a original charge of Burglary.
