AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Just when you thought the Tri-State Fair had it all -- they added more.

New events debuting this week range from the Pirate's Ahoy Kids Show every day at 5:15 and 8:00 p.m. to the Calf Scramble you can find every night at the PRCA Rodeo. You might even see some lumberjacks. A new Lumberjack Show is available every evening at 7:00 and 8:15 and it's certainly nothing short of a wood-chopping, log-rolling good time.

Plus, an old favorite returns for its fourth year: the agricultural magic show.

"We knew that kids love magic and it started out a children's show although we found out adults enjoy it as much as the kids do", said Ag Magician, Joyce Rice.

But if you're feeling a little more wild, the Bengal Tiger Encounter is right up your alley.

"They do tricks, they do hind leg hops, we go in and interact with them. We pet on them and then we let people feed the big tigers at the end on a stick", said Head Trainer and Manager of Bengal Tiger Encounter, Terry Frisco.

These 400-600 pound cats came all the way from Illinois to perform at the fair for the first time and Frisco tells us, it's a performance people can't get enough of.

"The big white tiger, he does a lot of comedy. He'll roar on command. People love to see tigers. I mean, it's the mystic of danger and people just love looking and watching them", added Frisco.

From pirates to tigers, it's no doubt these shows give the Tri-State Fair you know and love a new and exciting twist.
