AMARILLO, TEXAS -- October is Breast Cancer Awarenesss Month and in recognition of "Pink-tober", United Supermarkets is teaming up with their partners for their "Who Do You Pink For" promotion.

To help support breast cancer awareness, United, Amigos and Market Street stores will be selling pink reusable bags for $0.99 each and $0.25 from the sale of each bag will go directly to breast cancer research and awareness. Shoppers will also have the chance to sign a pink poster in any store saying who they "pink for".

"People can come in and basically, who are you pink for, and you can write the name and the person and when they fought that fight and put that information out there so that everybody can join in that fight with them", said manager for Market Street Store Operations, Glenn Perky.

The "Who Do You Pink For" promotion will kick off October 1.
