AMARILLO, TEXAS -- If you were in the mood to "shop-till-you-drop", First Christian Church was the place to be on Saturday.

The church hosted their Annual Bountiful Harvest Bazaar. Booth after booth filled the church where shoppers could find jewelry, vintage products, baked goods and even knitted items. Shoppers even enjoyed lunch at the Bazaar. Organizers say even though the event is fun to plan and attend, it's the reason they do it that makes it all worthwhile.

"It gets the women of four church together for a good cause and we enjoy the fellowship when we're doing all this and develop our friendships a lot closer," said the Bazaar Chairman, Evelyn Riedt. "It is hard work but we're just glad to be able to do for others."

All the money raised from the Bazaar and luncheon will be used for various projects within the church or be donated to missions, both locally and internationally.
