AMARILLO, TEXAS -- A 37-year-old man was found dead in a ditch in North Amarillo early Thursday morning.
The man was identified as Clay Petersen. The Potter County Sheriff's Office says his body was found in a ditch at 1800 N. Smelter Road around 2:00 a.m. Thursday.
An autopsy is scheduled today, police said.
Anyone with any information on Petersen and his death is asked to call the Potter-Randall Counties Special Crimes Unit at 378-9468.
