AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo SPCA's holiday fundraiser gives pets the chance to meet Santa and gives their owners the opportunity to capture it forever.

Dogs and cats dressed up in red and white suits, antlers, jerseys and more can sit on the lap of Saint Nick.  With the PetSmart PetPerks card and $9.95, owners can have their pets' pictures taken and framed.  All proceeds go to the SPCA.

The SPCA holds fundraisers all year long.  According to Kathy Haynes, the continuous funds raised are what keep the non-profit organization going.

"We are totally funded by donations," she said, "and so this really does help us because our vet bills are very high every month and any fundraiser that we have throughout the year really helps to benefit that."

Santa welcomes any owners, friends and family to join their fuzzy friends for the photos.

The fundraiser will continue at PetSmart for the next two weekends.  Santa will be available for pictures Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
