Suspect located
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Martin has been located. Police said he turned himself into authorities.
A man is wanted out of Potter County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Amarillo Police said Billey Wayne Martin, pictured to the right, is wanted on the sex offender charge.
