BOISE CITY, OKLA. -- A controversial advertisement in Boise City, Oklahoma concerning drunk driving has a few members of Mothers Against Drunk Driving upset.

The Boise City Body Shop advertisement reads, please drink and drive, we need business, but we spoke with the owner and he says the ad isn't meant to advocate drinking and driving.

The point is to actually advise people to do the complete opposite.

"A) I'll either impound your car and they'll take you to jail or B) I'll pick your car up and they'll take you to the hospital or C) I'll pick your car up and they'll take you to the funeral home, so if you don't want to deal with me doing that, don't drink and drive. That's what the ad is and anybody that paid any attention would know that's what it's about," said Boise City Body Shop Owner, Mike Barnes.

One M.A.D.D. member says even if you are trying to prove a point it's nothing to joke about.

"You can't say, I stand for not drinking and driving and then print something like that," said Amy Robinson.

Barnes told us he has run the same advertisement for more than 15 years and this is the first time that he can remember someone has had an issue with it.
