More than $10,000 in wire was stolen from Xcel Energy and officials are asking for the public's help identifying who committed the crime.

According to Amarillo Crime Stoppers, several large spools of wire were stolen from Xcel Energy's propery at 7801 I-40 East on Jan. 24.
