It makes about 6 depending on the serving size you prefer, and are perfect for on the go.

1/2 CUP NATURAL PB
4 SCOOPS PROTEIN POWDER (VANILLA OR COOKIES AND CREAM FLAVOR)
TABLE SPOON GROUND FLAX SEED
1/2 CUP WATER
Freeze for 30 minutes.
