HUTCHINSON COUNTY, TEXAS -- Texas Department of Public Safety troopers are investigating an accident over the Sanford Fritch Dam that left a semi-truck on its side and the dam road closed.
The semi-truck was carrying dry ice. Officials have not released any information about the specifics of the wreck.
As for the driver of the semi, he suffered only minor injuries, officials said.
On scene, the truck appeared to have tipped over on its side and hit the guard rail.
