AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Police are continuing their investigation into a shooting that left two people wounded.

The original call came into police at about 11:10 p.m. on Saturday in the 2600 block of Neuches. Police said two victims were found inside the home.

According to police, one man was suffering from a bullet wound to the upper right arm and another man was suffering from a shot in the right wrist. Both were transported to a local hospital but the wounds did not appear to be life-threatening.

Witnesses told police a group of people were standing near a disabled vehicle parked in the area. That's when, according to police, they heard about 20 shots coming from the alley.

Police said witnesses saw three of four suspects run to a vehicle and leave the area.

18 expended cartridge casings of two different calibers were found in the alley, police said.

The case remains under investigation, police said.
