OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A second day of filing is planned for candidates for Congress, the Legislature and other elective offices in this year's round of elections.

Filing resumes Thursday at the State Capitol. A total of 192 candidates filed to have their names placed on Oklahoma election ballots on Wednesday, the first day of the filing period.

Elected positions include all of Oklahoma's five congressional districts, all 101 members of the state House and half of the 48-member Senate. Also on the ballot this year are two seats on the three-member Oklahoma Corporation Commission, which regulates the oil and gas industry.

The filing period ends Friday. Republican and Democratic party primaries are set for June 26, and any runoffs will be conducted on Aug. 28.

The general election is scheduled for Nov. 6.
