An 82-year-old man with medical conditions is missing from Pampa and police are asking for the public's help locating him.

Miguel Martinez, 82, pictured to the right, was last seen around 7:00 p.m., Sunday.

He told his family, according to police, that he was going to check on his house. That business is also in Pampa.

Police said Martinez left in a baby blue 2011 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with Texas plates BK8-Z305. He may still be in the city, police said.

He was last seen in a blue and green button up shirt with tan pants and shoes. He is 5'3", 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Martinez is a severe diabetic who also has the beginning stages of dementia and is traveling without medication, police said.

Any information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Pampa Police Department at (806) 669-5700.
