CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) - A man charged with murder following a New Year's Eve break-in in Grady County has a preliminary hearing today. Police say Dustin Stewart and another man broke into a home in search of drugs and the other man -- Justin Martin -- was fatally shot by the resident. State law allows an accomplice to be charged with murder in such cases.

SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) - There is a preliminary hearing today in Shawnee for two people charged in a child porn case. Former McLoud teacher Kimberly Ann Crain is accused of taking pornographic photos of young girls and sending them to a retired Pennsylvania college professor, Gary Doby. The hearing will determine if Crain and Doby are held over for trial. They're currently in jail.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An Oklahoma workers' compensation court judge has vacated an order he signed in favor of an attorney he plans to go to work for. Judge Kent Eldridge vacated the order after he was told about an Ethics Commission rule that prohibits a state officer from taking any official action affecting someone if the officer is negotiating with that person for employment.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma City Thunder can finish off the Los Angeles Lakers tonight with a win at home. The Thunder lead the Western Conference NBA semifinal series three games to one.
