MESQUITE, Texas (AP) - Five people, including three children, died overnight in a fiery wrong-way accident on Interstate 20 near Dallas. Authorities say a truck carrying four people was driving the wrong way when it slammed into an SUV.
NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A federal judge is outlining a new structure for a trial of Gulf oil spill claims that wouldn't be resolved by a proposed class-action settlement between BP and a team of plaintiffs' attorneys. The trial scheduled to start in January will be conducted in at least two phases.
