Often you will hear the Pronews 7 team refer to the Panhandle Spirit. It's a slogan we all live by here at the Pyramid of Power and one that we feel is worth spreading.

When we're not covering stories that affect you and your family, we try to give back to our home of Amarillo as much as possible.

That's why tomorrow the majority of the Pronews 7 family will be standing on the corners of the intersection of 34th and Coulter in Amarillo gathering funds from you for the North Texas Red Cross chapter. The team will be there from 10 a.m., until 2 p.m.

Proceeds collected will go toward our neighbors in need when tragedy strikes, and will largely remain in the Panhandle.

Take a drive by the area from 10 am until 2 and say hi! We'd love to meet you and we'd love it if you'd help us help our community, in the Panhandle Spirit.
