CANYON, Texas (AP) - A Texas Panhandle grand jury has indicted two men in the 1998 disappearance of a teen whose body has never been found.

The Randall County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Gerald Ross Dooley and 33-year-old Mario Ballestero Campos remained in custody Friday. Bond has been set at $250,000 for the pair, who were arrested last November.

Investigators say the case involves the July 1998 disappearance of 17-year-old Fred Charles Moseley of Canyon.

A criminal complaint says Dooley told investigators that he strangled the Amarillo Christian School student during a robbery.

The indictment was returned Wednesday. Prosecutors have not said whether they'll seek the death penalty. District Attorney James Farren did not immediately return a message Friday.

Jail officials had no information on attorneys for Dooley and Campos.
