Amarillo's annual Largest Garage Sale is back, running today through Saturday at the Amarillo Civic Center.

The sale will be from 9 AM to 4 PM, and costs five dollars at the door for adults. Kids under eleven get in free.

"With garage sales and the price of gas, if you're driving around from place to place and house to house searhing for garage sales, you're gonna burn more than five bucks in gas," said Rick Andrews, Town Square Media operations manager, "so spend that five bucks, come to one place and do everything under one roof."

This is the eleventh year for the sale, and features everything from your regular garage sale items, to custom painted benches. The sale serves as both a place to get a great bargain, and a good place for catching up with old friends.

"Reconnecting with friends cause we do this every year, so it's soft of like a little reunion," said Andrews, "meeting the people and talking to them, saying hi and just having some fun for a couple of days."
