A two vehicle wreck on Highway 136 has killed a Borger man and injured four others.
AMARILLO, TEXAS --
The accident happened Saturday morning at 11:15 a.m. According to the Texas Department of Transportation, 36-year old Levi David Cox of Borger was driving a Ford pickup headed northbound, when for an unknown reason he crossed into the southbound lane. That's when the pickup hit another vehicle head-on. Cox was pronounced dead at the scene. Four people in the other vehicle were taken to Northwest Texas Hospital for injuries they suffered in the wreck.

The wreck caused Highway 136 to be to shutdown for a few hours while crews cleared the scene. DPS officials say Cox was not wearing a seat belt.
