PAMPA, TEXAS -- A Pampa man has been charged with arson after police said he set fire in the backyard of an abandoned building.
Eric Lewis, 20, was arrested on Monday after witnesses said he fled from the scene.
Fire officials said they believe Lewis started two other grassfires nearby on the same day.
There were no other reports of injuries in any of the fires.
If convicted, Lewis could face up to 20 years in prison.
