AMARILLO, TEXAS -- A 41-year-old Amarillo man was officially charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault after police said he went through his ex-wife's house.
Police said Danny Delgado walked into his ex-wife's house on the evening of September 3. The ex-wife was not home but the divorced couple's two children were present.
Delgado, according to police, made several disparaging comments about his ex wife then left the home. Police said the children called their mother and she returned.
Moments later Delgado returned and started banging on the front door. He then left in a Chevrolet Cavalier.
Police stopped the vehicle Delgado was in and found two loaded firearms in the front seat.
