Police said Heider turned himself in.
Amarillo Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help finding its Weekly Fugitive: Anthony Shawn Heider.
Heider, 31, is wanted out of both Potter and Randall Counties is wanted on warrants for Illegal Use of Credit Cards.
He is 6'2" and 182 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair.
